Jason Black is a Seattle area book doctor who has helped more than 50
authors improve their work over the past two years. In that time, he has
read, analyzed, and critiqued over four million words of his clients’
fiction. Jason is PNWA’s Book Doctor in Residence, appearing regularly
at the PNWA Summer Writers Conference and as a speaker at monthly PNWA
He is presently writing a handbook of character development
techniques for novelists, and writes a blog on that same subject.
